The thing is that I started working in childcare in high school back in 2007. Between so many years of experience and a little bit of the 'tism myself, I have a special way of understanding children. Nonverbal is not really a thing for me because I know that children can communicate in so many other ways than just verbal communication. Some would call it a symptom of my ADHD that I can overanalyze facial expressions and body language. BUT in this profession it's a super power and im not afraid to use it. With your help of filling out the form for what makes your childs soul smile, I can and will conform to make it an experience they love! So when I ask if your child has any kind of special needs it's NOT because im judging in any way. Its to help me help them with the experience!
